About Authoritize.ai
Built by the owner of a physician-led telehealth practice who got sick of watching good clinics get in trouble for bad copy.
The origin
Authoritize was founded by the owner of a physician-led telehealth practice who had spent years watching the same pattern repeat from the operator side: a well-run clinic would hire a general-purpose agency, the agency would produce compelling copy that made strong claims, and eventually the clinic would receive a warning letter or worse.
The problem wasn't that clinics were trying to deceive anyone. The problem was that the people writing their marketing had no idea what the FTC's substantiation standard actually required, had never read an FDA warning letter, and had no mechanism for keeping content current as enforcement patterns shifted. The solution had to come from an operator who lived inside that compliance pressure, not an agency selling around it.
What we built
Authoritize is a purpose-built platform for physician-led clinics in hormone, peptide, and weight-loss medicine. We replace your website with one that is screened against FDA and FTC guidelines from day one: every clinical claim substantiated before publication, every article reviewed and signed by your clinic's own board-certified physician, every page structured for AI citation.
We also run the Content Sentinel, a monthly (or weekly, or daily, depending on your plan) re-audit of your site against our FDA warning letter and FTC consent order corpus. As enforcement patterns shift, your site stays current.
The company
Authoritize is operated by Spear and Clover LLC, a Delaware LLC. We are headquartered in the United States. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our platform is designed to help you meet the FTC's substantiation standard, but it is not a substitute for legal counsel.
